CG For school computer labs

Safe, focused computer labs.

ClassGuard keeps school lab PCs on-task — filter the web, control the classroom live, and see every screen, all from one teacher dashboard. Runs on your own server, backed by AI classification shared across every subscriber school.

Everything a teacher needs to run the lab

Built for school computer rooms — not generic device management.

🛡️

AI-classified web filtering

Sites are classified by category — gaming, adult content, social media, streaming — and new classifications sync down automatically, or lock the lab to an allow-only list for a lesson.

🖥️

Live classroom control

See every student's screen at a glance and block or allow a site for the whole room on the fly.

🏫

Multiple labs

Manage several computer rooms from one place, each with its own rules and view.

📋

Activity visibility

See blocked attempts and queries so you know what's being filtered and can adjust rules.

🔌

Keeps working offline

Blocking runs from a copy of the rules stored on your school's own server, so protection stays enforced even if the internet drops — a 7-day offline grace window covers outages.

🎚️

Your school, your call

Disagree with a classification? Every domain can be manually unblocked or blocked for your school alone, overriding the shared rule.

How classification works

One shared brain, enforced locally at every school.

🧠

Classified centrally by AI

Unrecognised domains are sent — as bare domain names only, never usernames or browsing history — to MyEncore's central server, where an AI model sorts them into categories like gaming, adult content, social media and streaming.

🔄

Shared across every school

Once a domain is classified, that result syncs out to every subscribed school. The more schools on ClassGuard, the faster new sites get caught everywhere.

🏠

Enforced on your server

Blocking itself runs from your own school's ClassGuard server using a locally stored copy of the rules, so it keeps working even if the internet or the central server is down. Student browsing logs and screenshots stay on your school's server — they're never sent centrally.
