Payments: no percentage, ever
Capturing manual payments (EFT, cash) is free. If your school opts into the Netcash integration for in-app payments and debit orders, it's a flat R250 per month — any school size, with no percentage taken off parent payments, and months with no Netcash payments are not billed.
