Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. We provide free setup and migration assistance for all schools.
Can I change billing periods?
Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Are there student limits?
No student limits. Our pricing scales with your school size - you pay per learner regardless of how many students you have.
Are there any long-term contracts?
No long-term contracts required. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
Do you offer discounts for multiple schools?
Yes, we offer volume discounts for school districts and educational groups. Contact our sales team for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and can arrange invoicing for larger institutions.
Why is college / training provider pricing different from K-12?
Colleges, TVET / FET institutions, and QCTO-accredited training providers run a different operating model: adult learners, formal accreditation, blended online + face-to-face delivery, lead funnels, and bursary-funded learners. We integrate with a Moodle (or Google Classroom / Teams) LMS, build a QCTO compliance tracker, wire up WhatsApp Business automation, and stand up a CRM lead funnel — on top of the standard MyEncore platform. Do I have to use Moodle for the LMS, or can I use Google Classroom / Teams?
Your choice. We integrate with whichever LMS you prefer — Moodle (self-hosted on your own VPS), Google Classroom, or Microsoft Teams for Education. Learners use one app (the MyEncore app) and never see a separate LMS login screen. You contract with the LMS / video / plagiarism-detection vendors directly, and we don't mark them up.
Is there a pilot option for colleges?
Yes. We offer a 90-day pilot for new training providers and colleges so you can prove the value — particularly the QCTO compliance reporting — before committing to a full implementation. Contact us for the pilot scope and pricing.
